College Intern within a successful State Farm Agency

Job Responsibilities
  • Help with marketing and events
  • Fill out and turn in updated quote sheets for bonuses
  • Providing superior customer service
  • Update client information
  • Take payments from current clients
  • Help clients initiate claims
  • Help answer phones
  • Asking for referrals on all positive customer interactions
  • Following up on possible new clients
Hours are 9-3pm Monday through Friday with optional marketing event hours available.Applications accepted through end of March. Final interviews and job offer will be sent in April. Internship begins in May with exact start date depending on the candidate. The first step in the process is to complete two assessments, the CTS Sales Profile and the Learning Style Survey.
The information derived from these assessments is important, and it will be used in our decision process. You will get the best results if you follow the instructions closely and answer the questions honestly. Also, complete them at a time when you are rested, not distracted, and can finish without interruption.
These assessments will take you approximately 40-60 minutes to complete.
