I had a roof leak and filed a claim sending 65 photos showing the hole in my roof and where damage it caused on the ceiling in my living room. I spoke with one of the agents in her office, and explained what happened they just closed the claim. After paying homeowner insurance all these years. Then they went up on my homeowners insurance. I wanted to cancel my homeowners insurance and go with another company.
