"So, this is going to be a long post prepare yourself please. I have been a State Farm customer for a while now. My policy was with another agent which I don't feel appropriate to mention because it doesn't matter. What matters is the way I have been treated. For reasons that again doesn't matter I moved my policy to Laurel Flowers. Laurel Flowers employees a young lady by the name of BJ. BJ from the beginning conversations with her has been nothing but pleasant. I was having some major issues going on with my policy and she and Ms. Flowers have bent over backwards for a resolution. BJ took ownership of the issues and followed up each time she said she would. Sometimes in the insurance industry some conversations are hard and she made the conversation easy! Frankly, I felt like I was talking with someone I have been doing business with for years. This is the type of people we need more of.
